Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Healing Hands. By booking a treatment with me, you agree to the following terms:

 

Professional Standards

​

I am an MTI Level 4 qualified therapist. All treatments are carried out to professional clinical standards. I reserve the right to refuse treatment if I believe it is not in your best medical interest or if professional boundaries are crossed.

Health & Safety (The Screening)

​

Honesty: You must provide accurate health information on your intake form. Some conditions (contraindications) may prevent us from proceeding with Hijama or MLD.Hijama

 

Prep: For Hijama, you must follow the pre-care guide (showering and light eating) provided at booking.

 

Hygiene: All equipment used is medical-grade and single-use (disposable) for your safety.

 

Please Note: As a clinical professional, I maintain strict hygiene standards for my equipment and myself. I reserve the right to refuse service if these basic hygiene requirements are not met. In such cases, the full session fee will still apply to cover my time and travel. Thank you for your understanding in keeping our sessions professional and safe for everyone.

Mobile Visits (Home Treatments)

​

Space: You are responsible for providing a clean, smoke-free, and safe space (approx. 2m x 3m) for the massage table.

 

Environment: Please ensure pets and young children are in a separate room during the session for safety and focus.

 

Parking: Any parking fees or permits must be arranged or covered by the client.

Payments & Deposits

​

All bookings must be secured via the Wix booking system.

Payments are due in full at the time of booking or immediately after the session (as per your specific booking setting).

Cancellations & Refunds

 

24-Hour Rule: Cancellations made with more than 24 hours' notice will receive a full refund or a free reschedule.

 

Late Cancellation: Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment will be charged 50% of the fee.No-Shows: If you miss your appointment without notice, 100% of the fee is non-refundable.

Privacy & Data

 

Your health records and personal details are stored securely and kept confidential in accordance with GDPR. I will never share your information with third parties without your explicit consent.

What to include in the T&C document

Generally speaking, T&C often address these types of issues: Who is allowed to use the website; the possible payment methods; a declaration that the website owner may change his or her offering in the future; the types of warranties the website owner gives his or her customers; a reference to issues of intellectual property or copyrights, where relevant; the website owner’s right to suspend or cancel a member’s account; and much, much more.
