My Refund & Cancellation Policy
I’m a small business, and my time is my livelihood. When you book a slot, that time is reserved exclusively for you. If you need to change your plans, please give me as much notice as possible so I can offer the slot to someone else who might be waiting for treatment.
Cancellations & Rescheduling

More than 24 hours' notice: No problem at all. We can reschedule your appointment or I can issue a full refund.

Less than 24 hours' notice: 50% of the treatment fee will be charged. This helps cover my lost time and, for mobile visits, the planning already put into the route.

No-shows (Missing your appointment without notice): The full 100% of the treatment fee is non-refundable.
Mobile Visit Specifics

If I arrive at your home and the session cannot go ahead (for example, if there isn't enough space for the table or if a medical contraindication from the screening form wasn't mentioned beforehand), the full fee will still apply.

If I Have to Cancel

In the rare event that I am unwell or have an emergency, I will let you know as soon as possible. You will have the choice of a full refund or moving your booking to the very next available slot that suits you.
Late Arrivals

If you are late for your session at the clinic or home, I will still have to finish at the scheduled time to ensure my next client isn't kept waiting. The full treatment fee will still apply.
